ANYWAY, I think these kinds of challenges are a fun way to just read more of what's there to read. I don't see them as an obligation (because I still just read what I feel like reading) but more like an exploration. Sometimes I just grab whatever I can grab from my shelf. Or read what I feel like it. Or select what I have on my e-reader. And these reading challenges give me hints on what to read next.
